Regrettably, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online. But feel free to reach out to our friendly customer service team if you need further assistance.

Orders placed by 1:00 PM AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Depending on the transport provider your order should typically arrive within 3-8 days business days.

For smaller parcels, we primarily use Australia Post, and for larger parcels, we use Sendle. When necessary, we may also use Aramex or Interparcel.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive regular updates from the carrier, including tracking information, location, and estimated delivery time.

We only ship Australia wide during business hours, we do not ship internationally or on weekends

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the state and region where it’s being delivered. If your order value is more than $99, we provide free shipping within Australia. Standard Shipping is usually between $7 -$15 per package, depending on the package dimensions ordered.

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to Dispatch and Delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Yes you can pick up your order. We usually require 2 hours but give us a call if you need them sooner. (07) 3112 8112

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please contact our customer service team via contact@coastalcabana.com.au. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead for the value of $50, $100, $150, $200 and $250.
